Hi Prabha, Project location is one of the advantages of this project. Currently the price of this project is Rs 6600 per sq ft and for 2 BHK units of size 1150 per sq ft the overall cost is 76 lakh. The project does not have car parking space which is one of the drawbacks of this project. However the project is ready to move position so one can easily go and check the construction quality.

Magarpatta known as Cyber City IT park, which has companies like Accenture, Amdcos, Mphasis, Red Hat, John Deere, ethic and commercial office space Pentagon. Hadapsar has also witnessed major retail development with the presence of landmark malls such as Amanora and Magarpatta Seasons Mall.
