Soory, all the 2BHK flats have been sold out only few flats in 1 and 1.5 BHK from 600-820 sq-ft. have left for sale and it's current price will be 3700/sq-ft. all exclusive. You have to property registration and stamp duty.

Space India has a multi-domain portfolio that covers real estate marketing, property development and property consultancy services. Their project extend across several location in and around Navi Mumbai. Till date they have successfully completed 15 project and their 14 projects are still ongoing in MMR.

You have to pay at least 20% of the amount before the registration and rest of the amount through easy EMI. Yes, there is a chance of negotiation during the booking.

Hey Niraj,
Two months ago i visited the developers office and ask for the approval papers and they show me the NOC from CIDCO, NAINA appoval certificates, Collateral approvals, NA plot papers etc. So, i would suggest that these are the sufficient papers for any project. Even, most of the leading banks have approved this project for housing loan.
