Hi, All these projects are undoubtedly very good projects.However, from a price point of view Shriram is little expensive as the project is in completion Stage. Indiabulls sure would be a very good investment option.

Hi, Summit696 is a joint venture b/w siddhi infra and Neptune. Neptune is an established company in Mumbai and has delivered quality of project .This project is executed by Siddhi Infra and I am not aware of their previous projects and track record. Keeping that aside it has got excellent floor plans wide range of choices and very good amenities. Construction has already started and is available at a lesser price when compared to Indiabulls.

Hi recently I have spoken with the builder and he told me that the project has completed his foundation work and started floor work. He told me work was in progress and the project will complete till march 2016.
