Hi Yash Panth,

Assuming that, construction had been finished on these plots, the house tax and the water tax from these plots could have been charges into cleanliness of city. Authorities have been requested to make sure that all plot owners pass their building plans with the Ghazibad Development Authority within 60 days. Assuming construction does not begin soon on the plots for which building plans have as of now been passed, we will be compelled to take extreme measures.

GDA got to know from a survey that many land pieces in city have turned into nest for bad people or garbage dumps. Now GDA vice-chairman has declared for a thorough survey to determine accurate number of land plots available under commercial, residential & institutional charges.

Hi Mr Yash,

In specific cases, plots have been detected unattended after allocation for as long as 20 to 25 years. The owners may have just made investments in these properties and there is nothing bad in doing as such. In any case, there should have time limit to be for completion of construction on plots if the titles of the area are clear and there are no legal cases pending.
