Hey Guys, CREDAI has already collected Rs 11 crore, while the rest of amount is to be collected shortly. Under the clean city movement, the fertilizer plants are to be set up under its CSR activities in cities across the state.
@Ananya, It really sound good. The real estate sector contributes 6% of the total GDP of the country. Around 300 items as manufactured by the industries are used while constructing buildings and the sector provides employment to 14 crore people. Hence, the Centre needs to increase the FSI limit to increase the supply and therefore reduce property rates.
It is true that realty sector contributes a lot in the development of the nation, but the central government has not yet opened the FSI limit. The FSI limit in Noida and some other places in the country is from 3.5 to 4 FSI.
Right Ananya, If The Prime Minister Narendra Modi really want to provide houses to every Indian family by 2022 then he has to think on it. Because this target will not be achieved until the government allows higher FSI up to 4 and simplifies the building plan approval process.
Mr. PM already doing well for the nation. And for the development of the realty sector, the CREDAI has also decided to focus on CSR activities, mainly in 3 key areas i.e. skilled development, clean city movement and education to economical weaker section.
True Govinda, If you want to provide a house to every Indian family by 2022 it is very necessary to simplify the building plan approval process across the country. And i think it justify the demand.
Good evening Vasant, The CREDAI further told that he made provision of Rs. 25 crore for providing education to promising students from the economically weaker section at the national-level as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.
