Hi Shweta, I think most of the prospective buyers have various questions associated similar to your dought. Following are the question arise when we look for property: 1. What and when to buy or rent? 2. Which locality to consider for buying/rent? 3. What kind of property? 4. At what price?
Thank you friends. I will be happy if anybody share me about the builder and their credentials and project information like What is the current rate per sq ft of this project?
I think kharadi is the talk of the town. The infrastructure developed is very good and it is near to kalyani nagar, magarpata, wagholi and phoenix mall and other malls are on the way
Hi Puran , Thanks for giving your valuable suggestion but I prefer Bhosari which was one of the areas in the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation to develop rapidly. The development triggers have much to do with the nature of this catchment. Bhosari has a large working class population, with the MIDC providing employment on a massive scale. As a result of its early development, Bhosari has very decent infrastructure and has excellent accessibility to and from Pune City.

Hi, I think Hadapsar has witnessed the highest increase in rental values followed by Kharadi, Magarpatta, and Kothrud. Hadapsar and Kharadi have emerged as preferred locations for the IT/ITES sector. These locations are known as hubs for IT activities but are also preferred residential destinations promoting the walk to work culture which is fast becoming popular in the residential market.
Residential real estate prices in Pune are expected to continue on their upward momentum. With increased investor demand from the peripheral areas of Pune and from the NRIs Price is highly appreciated in Current Market.
Hi, No dought that Aundh as a location has emerged as one of Pune up-market areas. An improved road network has enhanced its connectivity with the central parts of Pune.Aundh has witnessed a lot of development in the past one year, with a large number of shopping centers and supermarkets like Ozone Reliance Mart, Croma etc.
Thanks you guys for providing such a wonderful research upon the east verse west, but from my viewpoint Aundh will give you the best return while in next 5 yrs. And can be divided into the old Aundhgaon and the newly constructed suburban areas. Famous areas are Sindh Society, National Society, Parihar Chowk, Anand Park, Ashiyana Park, Gaikwad Nagar amongst many.
Hi Wasim, East Pune is best for investment as it covers Hadapsar, Kalyani Nagar, Kharadi, Koregaon Park, Wagholi, Viman Nagar localities which are more promising area in residential real estate in the current market. Over the last few years, Viman Nagar has become one of the best locations in Pune with many exclusive and luxurious residential projects, IT parks, hotels and educational institutes.
I don't agree with you guys.. I think West Pune is more residential project while East. West Pune is a bit more peaceful than east. It is more like one society ends & another starts. In the east, you see nice residential complex & out of a sudden there will be some IT/BPO/KPO office in between. West Pune like Wakad, Balewadi, Aundh, Baner, Bavdhan, Hinjewadi, Kothrud, Pusan, Pimple-Saudagar most buyers will be ITs, while, in the east, it will be a more mixed buyer.
HI Wasim, I feel East Pune is a better option for buying property in current market scenario. My positive look in East Pune is due to close proximity with the shopping malls, supermarkets, multiplexes, Cyber City, EON IT Park, SP Infocity, BPOs in Kalyani Nagar.. Koregaon Park and Kalyani Nagar are some of the posh localities in east Pune.

Is it better to rent or buy property in Pune?
