HI Mr Mirza, According to authority officials, they have asked the developers, who are CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) members, to accelerate their projects and resolve problems identified with unjustified penalties, late conveyance,stalled possession, changes in layout plans, high interest on late payment, withdrawal of purchaser from project, among others.
Raman guaranteed the home buyers of his support and declared that authority will try their level best to help resolve the problems and in verifying all developers practices the same . According to president of CREDAI NCR Manoj Gaur, they met the purchasers/buyers and have heard their problems or griefs. So they would like to ease some of their problems or griefs.
Hi Mirza Ali, As per latest news, home buyers in Greater Noida brought their complaints and griefs to the chair person & CEO of Greater Noida Authority , Mr Rama Raman. In this meeting , Mr Rama Raman asked the builders/developers to resolve the complaints & griefs of all buyers at first & start processioning apartments at earliest.
@ Mirza Ali, About 1.5 lakh purchasers in Greater Noida (west) have been expecting for their flats for over 4 years. Their thoughts were put on hold after the line over land acquisition appeared in year 2011. Almost 2 weeks prior, the SC maintained land acquisition by the Greater Noida and Noida Authorities, somewhere around year 2006 and year 2009, conveying help to a huge number of homebuyers who had invested their money in these areas.
