Looking for plotted development in Bangalore

Q: These days plotted development has also become expensive. Any idea where can I get plots at an affordable rates.

In Western region, plotted development are not much affordable. The price ranges from Rs 30 lakhs to Rs 2 crores Sizes of plotted development in the area vary from 600-4000 sq ft. :) :)

How are the rates of plots in other ( east, west, north ) regions? Are they affordable?

In North region localities like Jakkur and MCEHS Layout along with Yelahanka have the highest supply of plotted development. The price of the plots in these localities starts from rs 35 lakhs.

In east region, its Whitefield where the size of the plots ranges from 1200-1500 sq ft area in the price range of Rs 8-24 lakh. In Whitefield the price of the plots are affordable as well as they are consumed very fast.

In Chandapuara, the plot size ranges from 1200-1500 sq ft area in the price range of Rs 10-15 lakh. On the other hand, In Electronic City the size of the plots ranges from 1200-3000 sq ft. area in the price range of Rs 8-60 lakh. Most of these plots are freehold properties cutout by local builders.

Hi Sukumar, sarjapur is not at all offering affordable plots. All the plotted development in this locality are by renowned builder. The plot sizes varying from 1200-4000 sq ft which are part of township or gated communities and are expensive

You are right Hari... these days plots project are also very costly there are certain pockets close to the city, which still offer plots at reasonable price. Localities like Chandapura, Electronic City and Sarjapur Road offers plots at an affordable price.
