Having a look at ALPS Plesanton and DS Max Sigma. So, need reviews about these builders-Cornwall / DS Max to decide one.

Q: Looking at 3-bhk apartment in Electronic City area for personal use within price range of below 60 lakhs. These 2 options (ALPS Pleasanton and DS Max Sigma) meet our criteria, but am not able to find if these are credible builders and would keep their promises. So, need to understand whether to go ahead with any of them or not.

Hi Ayushi, Both the builders mention here are average builders. In Rs 60 lakhs budget you can look for projects like Icon Laurels, Aratt Requizza, Vmaks Heights, Concorde Tech Turf and Ajmera Stone Park Apartment.
