Q: Basically this property should be close to my office and near by good schools and at the same time looking for a property with less water scarcity issues.

Ya we own a house at Manikoda, this is the best locality for employees in IT around Gachibowli or hiTech city. The rates are also less compared to Flats at Gachibowli, Kondapur or hitech city. This is a fast growing area, better to make things fast before rates go high.
