Dear friends, I am a residential person of Hyderabad as per my knowledge Manikonda is good for the residential purpose. The well equipped social infrastructure also contributes to the rising rental demand. The locality offers schools, colleges, hospitals, parks, banks, libraries, supermarkets and shopping centres.

The locality is about 3 km away from Indira Gandhi flyover.

Hi all, I think this locality is very close proximity to Hitec City, Gachibowli Nanakramguda and Raheja IT Park, IT hubs of Hyderabad therefore majority of professionals prefer Manikonda owing to the proximity to workspaces and affordability in price. People who have migrated to Hyderabad to pursue work have rented accommodation in Manikonda.
