Latest Answer: Projects in the pre-launch or soft launch stage usually include the risk of approvals. The Authority approval for projects remain in progress during this phase.But in this stage one should enjoy the lower price bracket of projects.

Latest Answer: In Hyderabad, lower income groups (LIG) and economically weaker sections (EWS) has been granted 20 percent mandatory housing norm under JNNURM. The earlier one acre land proposal has been requested to increase by one hector for the welfare of these categories.
