I want to buy a 2BHK around 30-35 lakhs in manikonda area. Expecting around 900-1000 square feet.

Q: I want in flats that have around 5 floors. It need not be furnished. It need not be completed..I can wait for around a year even ready to occupy flats would do. Any resale flat may be below 5 years old is also a good deal for me. Please suggest. :)

Manikonda is seeing growth in various sector like infrastructure, shopping, entertainment etc. Along with this, one can see many shopping centers, good educational institutions, reputed hospitals, entertainment zones in nearby areas. On the other side there are chances of water scarcity, due to increased residential activities. Another major problem is that many buildings and constructions are going on illegally. Some are without permission from concerned authorities, some without documentation and others violating norms.

Hi Dhananjay, Appreciate your quick response, Manikonda is becoming prime locality this day and well connected with the other parts of the city. Professionals working in the IT companies situated in Gachibowli and Hitec City prefer to buy residential properties as the they are comparatively affordable than those found in Hitec City, Gachibowli and other IT hubs.
