Hey Darshil, Here is the checklist to check whether your building is earthquake resistant or not:

1) Checking soil data including bore-log profile

2) Checking structural designs of all structural elements.

3) Asking for a geo-technical expert view on the soil condition for the total load of the structure.

4) Checking location of the overhead water tanks

5) Assessing stiffness of infill walls to be calculated properly which greatly influences the frequency and time period of the structure in turn influences the design earthquake forces on the structure

6) Looking after connection details like beam-column joints need to be designed for desired ductility as per IS- 13920
