Hello Sishir, Is this property A khata?? Because, i came to know that SBI is providing home loan only for A khata properties. Did u visited the site. How is the locality and all. Actually i am new to the place. Thanks.

Hi Sishir, How much is the booking amount and what will be the price of a 2 bhk apartment in this project? Can I avail home loan from SBI?

2BHK is from 36 lakhs to 39lakhs, registration fees extra

The booking amount they are asking is Rs 1 lakh and a 2 bhk will cost you around Rs 36 lakhs including everything. As far as I know the SBI approval is still under process. But you can check it once

Hello Manish, Recently I have enquired about it. SNR Windmill is an ongoing project by SNR Square and it has got approval from BBMP and banks lie LIC, Axis. The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 2750 and the project is expected to be completed by first quarter of 2016.
