Hi Amreesh,
Today, this sector is booming with numerous residential colonies, neighborhood markets as well as commercial shopping centers or complexes. In my point of view, HUDA market of Sector 56 is a well known center for local restaurant, cafeteria and shopping. However, it is still prominent among limited residents because of its lower rental values as compared to its neighboring regions.

Hey Mr Murugan,
In my perspective, another reason for the demand of the sector is the vicinity of various schools and hospitals facilities within a 7 to 10 minutes drive from the this location. Tao Devi Lal Park, neighboring the sector, gives senior citizens, children and families, a green space to rest. Sector 56 also has a police station close to the HUDA market, provides safety to residents.

Hey guys,
From connectivity & transportation point of view, Sector 56 is very well connected with the Golf Course Extension Road and Golf Course Road. HUDA Metro Station is 15 minutes away from the sector. Taxies, Autos as well as state transport(buses) connect this sector with other parts of Gurgaon. This locality has low in traffic and it is quite a safe environment. This locality is influenced by CGHS societies however it has some plotted and commercial development.

This locality sector 56 has shown handsome improvements in price trend. According to sources, in the year 2009 the average residential price of this locality was approx 3300/sq-ft. Then there was steady growth seen in the graph. In the year 2015 , till April, this average residential price of this locality was approx 9750/sq-ft. So there has been around 7% to 7.5% growth in this price trend.

Hi Mr Amreesh,
This is a nice place for investment as well as end use. Because I believe all daily basic amenities such as school, hospitals , banks & shopping markets are within the vicinity . From connectivity point of view, Shuttle Bus stop & Genpact Bus stop are located around 3-3.5km from this sector. Other than this HUDA Market Road, Access Road, Sohna Road, Rajesh Pilot Road & the famous AIT Chowk are providing better connectivity & transportation.

As per my knowledge, Sector 56 is one of the prime decent oldest residential sector in Gurgaon, surrounded by Sector 55, HUDA Sector, Sector 53, Sector 57 , Sector 54 & Sector 52. This sector is well known because for Rail Vihar, Kendriya Vihar, Jalvayu Towers, Devinder Vihar, Sushant Lok 2Block D. Apart from these major physical landmarks, there are many commercial complex, schools & Banks are available.
