Q: Hello people. I am planning to purchase a property with BBCL Builders and I would like to know about the infrastructure that the area has. Please help.

Hi Kiran, Mogappair is a very prime location in Chennai. The average apartment prices in this locality range from Rs. 4800/- to 7700/- per sq. ft. Average land prices are Rs.4,000/- to 5, 900 per sq. ft.

Hi All, I think Western corridor of Moggapair is developing into a residential hub with prominent builders venture into this region. The presence of social infrastructure, connectivity to the key arterial roads, proximity to the industrial belt of Ambattur and the developed neighbourhood of Anna Nagar is driving real estate activity in this belt.

Hi Rama, As per builder salesperson current price of this project is Rs 6600 per sq ft and he said that the project is expected to complete till March 2016. Foundation works are over and they are going to start 1 and 2 floors.

Hi Sudha, BBCL Vajra has located at Mogappair West, Chennai. A total of about 134 residential units is planned to be constructed in G + 14 floors. The units are available in 1306 to 3603 SQFT size. The project is launched in Jan 2014.
