Hi Wasim, Purvankara Silver Sands is in pre-launch and The price range is from Rs4900-5200, floor rise is +30Rs. Golf view +100, River view +200 and the amenities view +300 (road view no additional charge). Some 4.25L for infra and club membership.Builder is giving assurance that project will be completed till dec 2017.

Hi all, I have read somewhere that the growth of Mundhwa can be compared to what Powai, Mumbai or Hebbal in Bangalore experienced over the last 5 to 7 years.The flyover planned near Mundhwa and the road planned behind Ghorpadi will give the residents of Mundhwa a direct access to Magarpatta City and M.G.Road.

Thank you all for your valuable inputs...I like Keshav Nagar which is one of the fastest developing locations of Pune's Eastern suburbs. Its proximity to Magarpatta City, city center and IT Parks has made it a lucrative hotspot for real estate developers.Social infrastructure within the locality is still developing, However, all basic facilities are available in the vicinity.

Hi Vinay, Puravankara Silver Sands located at Keshav Nagar Mundhwa in East, Pune. Another mega project in Keshav Nagar. This is located right next to Godrej Infinity. These projects will definitely change the skyline of Keshav Nagar.. Good option!!

Hi Abhijit, yes, I agree with your viewpoint, but Obviously the risks attached as its Prelaunch.. Purvankara is a big name in Bangalore and this is their first project in Pune.
