SUGGESTION ON BUYING LAND IN MATRUSRI NAGAR (MIYAPUR)

Q: I am planning to buy land in Matrusri nagar (Miyapur). I see lot of apartments have come up in last two years and lot of construction activity is going on. Also heard GHMC is giving permissions and several banks are providing loans to purchase in this area. So just want to know what is the risk of buying land in this society

Hi, We are planning to buy a flat in Matrusri Nagar Miyapur. But we came to know that the area is in some court issues .
Is that correct ? We are in big dilemma either to buy or to stop.

Please help .......

Greater Hyderabad Municipal corporation Formed in 2007 for civic administration and infrastructure development in the city, the collection of taxes etc. These local authorities will provide assistance for property tax in this area so I don't think there is any risk of buying land in this society.

I would definitely suggest you to go ahead with your investment. Buying a property in Miyapur is worth it. There is good water supply by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply. Electricity is provided by the Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board. The NH 9 is very easily reachable from this locality giving it good access to other places, cutting down on the commute time, which is especially helpful if you travel long distances for your work.

Hi, Yes the real estate growth in this Miyapur locality is amazing.The area is developing a lot and the rate of investment is pretty high. The connectivity here is amazing. Lots of people resort to the public transport facility available. The bus stop is close by and the Miyapur metro station too, which makes it really convenient to move around the city

I agree with you but I think the micro market of Miyapur has products priced in the range of INR 2400 psf-INR 3200 psf, depending on the location, builder and specification. A builder has forayed the market with the concept of flexi-villas priced in the range of INR 3200 psf-INR 3500 psf.
