Hey Amit, As I Heard from news , due to tanker use by builder & developers , somebody filed a complain against HUDA to take steps & provide water pipeline as per plan. So HUDA passed a stay order to builder & developers not to give possession until pipeline work finishes. But now this water issue has been resolved. So builder started giving possession of their project. Apart from this there is no any other legal matter to be worried of.
I heard from some one in GPL that water pipeline is now available near Indus scool (Tulip) and they will complete its connection in next 2 months, however still saying possesion is expected by end of this year
Yeah , it will take some time to cover the entire location. As per plan, work has started. HUDA started putting pipes in areas. It is a very helpful decision by HUDA for everyone. But we have to wait for a while.
