Hi Sudghir!!!!
File the case and at least gets a hope of getting your money back. Forget that we will get ur flat. From consumer court, it is also a long process but we have to start. There is a group ,association is also active in process, in the NCDRC state including everyone. 65 - 70 people have already filed a case.

It seems to me that there is no accountability on the part of builder for delay in construction and delivery. Hope new govt will be serious on this issue.

Some have filed the case, others are on edge of filing. File the case and at least gets a hope of getting your money back.
