I am also unfortunately one of buyers and the victim of builder of Sunworld Vandita project which will never come and our hard earned money is at stake. We must all form a forum and fight legally before National consumer forum which is in Indian Oil building Janpath Connaught place.
Does anyone know when was this initially launched?? As per my information this was launched 2 years back and since then there is no significant progress. The construction is stopped from the last one year. The builder is not asking for payments and also not allowing existing customers to exit. It seems they had put a condition to get NOC from the delaer/broker which is chargable.

At the time of booking- 10%,
Within 45 days of booking- 85% + one time lease+car parking+Club membership charge,
On offer possession- 5%+ Firefighting charges+PLC+Power backup+Electrification charges.
Car parking charge- 2Lac,
Power backup- 2Lac,
Lease rent- 50/sq-ft,
Club charge- 1Lac.

@ Amit, According to me, this project is currently in pre launch stage. Construction has not started. It will take 1month to start. Currently bank loan approval in on process. This is a nice project for long term investment. This project has spread over approx 10acres of land with around 19towers.
