Q: I was planning to book an apartment at Prajapati Phase 3 and happen to meet Mr Balaji who insisted us to register the apartment on full value i.e. inclusive of car parking and other amneties. This is strange as I have 2 apartments in India and have never been asked to register my electricity meter and water meter costs paid to builder as part of registration. Mr Balaji is playing a crook and needs to pay for this indecent behaviour.

Hi, I think the localities has good potential for upscale in next 2 to 3 yrs . The micro market of Miyapur has products priced in the range of INR 2,500 psf-INR 4,000 psf, depending on the location, builder and specification. A builder has forayed the market with the concept of flexi-villas priced in the range of INR 3500 psf-INR 4500 psf.
Hi Kedar, I can understand your concern. I would like to suggest you to have a thorough discussion with your builder and ask for the forward plan. Also, you can consult a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement. Thanks.
