Q:I have a friend who referred me to look at Prajapati Elite Phase 3 as a option to purchase a flat. When I met Mr Balaji he offered me a bundled pricing i.e. flat cost + car parking + water and electricity meter. While coming to close of the transaction he told me its Prajapati group policy to register the flat at complete cost i.e. inclusive of all above. So it means prajapati group is above Telangana government who registers a flat at base price i.e. cost per sq ft multiplied by super-built up area of apartment as quoted by builder. I think some really fishy stuff is happening with this builder as he is an outsider.

As per rule registration of a project depend upon built up area, but in some case registration is happening in the overall cost of the project. Q:I was planning to book an apartment at Prajapati Phase 3 and happen to meet Mr Balaji who insisted us to register the apartment on full value i.e. inclusive of car parking and other amneties. This is strange as I have 2 apartments in India and have never been asked to register my electricity meter and water meter costs paid to builder as part of registration. Mr Balaji is playing a crook and needs to pay for this indecent behaviour.
