Hi, how is the project Adithya Frondoso. Are they providing OC and CC. I came to know that approach road is an issue.

HI All, I see the project is completed now and there are a few land owner share flats for sale. Please tell me if it is advised to but land owner share flats and if yes, what is expected price for 1150 sqft area.

@Aditya construction and all, i am resident of Adithya elixir and documents like BWSSB receipt are not provided, so no sewage connection is done, they had charged 1.8 to 2.1 lakhs for it. the Gym and other common area has shoddy work, Gym equipment bills and lift license is not provided. Please we aware before putting your money,

If Builder is same as the team which build Adithya Elixir, then you are in for much suffering and distress. E.g. Madhusudan Reddy and Kiran Reddy. For our building (Adithya elixir), they are not giving handover documents, not sure if they have the original documents also or not! Furthermore they are not providing BWSSB payment receipts, which means that Government is asking us to pay 25-30K again inspite of paying it already to builder!! Avoid this Adithya Builders! By the way, it is same as Trifecta Builders, just changed the name.

A pathetic and cheating builder, I am suffering. Come and see Adithya Elixir, near Alpine Eco, to see for yourself.
Pathetic building materials, BWSSB charges not paid to governemtn but taken from us. Now, government is asking us to pay 25000 because Adithya guys didnt pay our money to the government!!

Please avoid this builder, I have bought an apartment in Adithya serene(new temple road, Whitefield-borewell road), it's been 2 years after registration but the builder hasn't completed the common pending works, neither did the handover of documents. The quality of construction is also cheap. Now they are demanding money to complete the pending works!!!. Please visit our apartment or élan apartment(same road) to get feedback.

@Rock,First of all tell what's the common pending works r there ? who told u that Builder is not hand overing the documents Whats your Flat no? What do you know about Elan?

We too are suffering...same problem in Adithya Elixir. Builder is not handing over documents. Not paid BWSSB charges which we paid to builder. Now Government is asking us for the amount!! Pleade avoid this builder!!

Hi ...they are providing both A Katha and OC certificates. They have given it too for their previous projects also.

I think builder is decent. I recently booked a flat in Frondoso. One thing which I'm very much worried about is, their refusal to put "OC" clause in the agreement. He says to trust him with that. On the other hand, they say this will give, but don't wish to write in the agreement. I couldn't understand the logic. Can somebody help me with this? I know they have done the same in the past and given OC to the residents.

Yeah usually the builder do not mention about OC in the agreement. He if past records are good and he has provided OC for this completed project than I do not think you need to worry about it.

What is the status of the project and when is the expected possession? How much is the rate per sqft going on and how much is the booking amount?

They have already started with the construction work and the expected possession date is bu June 2015. Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3200 ( basic price) and the booking amount they are asking is Rs 2.5 lakhs. The basic cost of the apartment ranges from rs 32.54 lakhs to Rs 47.14 lakhs.

Hey Manan, As far as I know The project has got approval from BBMP and it is a B Khata property. It seems the builder is not providing OC for this project.

Which all banks have approved the project? How many blocks and what is the structure? What is the total land area and is it a Vaastu Complaint project?

It seems SBI has approved the project and there will be 7 blocks. The project is spread over 2.75 acres of land and it is a Stilt+G+3 upper floors. It is a 100% Vaastu Complaint project.
