Mulberry Mist project is prelaunched 5 years back 2013 Work started 3 years back 2015 C Block is on the verge of completion Final date given by builder is Sept Oct 2018 for C Block A and B Block 2019 RERA approved All Necessary NOCs and documents can be pulled from RERA website The Project work has slowed down from apr 2017. Builder missed few delivery deadlines Buyers and builder are in open communication to reach the final delivery ASAP We have a whatsapp group of around 70 buyers Any new buyer please reply, so that we can add in our group
I have heard so many people cancelled their booking because of delay. They should not fake the date Mar 2016 to buyers. Everyone knows every builder delay the project but the way they are faking people will loose the trust & patience.

Sanmoy, I think you have been taken for a ride by the builder. In the current scenario, as the markets has slowed down most of the builders are going bust. So, take your money from the builder and buy a ready to move in apartment or better go for a year or two old apartment. Action speaks louder than words. All the builder could do is say the building will be constructed faster or would give some excuses.
Thanks Vishnu for your valuable insights .. the problems in ready to move in apartments are, I don't get any choice, pool facing or higher floors are all occupied. Pros and cons are there, but there should be a strict law. Builders are investing one projects money to other projects.

Please don't give up....If you are looking for a home for yourself and not for investment....then I would suggest you to try harder....you will definitely find a good home which will suit your needs....All the best man.I know it's a wicked world but we got to survive otherwise we will be take for a big ride buy the real estate guys for sure...Builders will do whatever they want.....So it's up to us to check, double check, thrible check so that middleclass people like us won't lose our hard earned money

CMRS Mulberry Mist has got approval from BBMP and banks like HDFC, Axis, LIC, SBI, Indiabulls and ICICI. This luxurious gated community of 296 flats in 3.35 acres of land. It is a G+ 7 floors structure with 3 elegant blocks.
Project will definitely not completed by mar 2016. only 3 slabs completed for the A block. There are another 2 blocks and amenities to be constructed. I read some bad reviews about their other constructions in aecs layout. Lift not installed, water leakage, deviation in plans, no OC given even after 1 yr, though they have promised the same in agreement. I live near one of their ongoing construction site, near murugeshpalya bangalore. That project is also very slow going.
