Sources reveled poor people reaction is a setback for Delhi Development Authority, which as of late declared its first high end housing project in Dwarka location. It likewise plans to assemble 3 major transit oriented development projects in East Delhi as well as Dwarka. Every projects have housing as the principle component.
@ Mr Raj Roy,
Auction of these flats has been pending for long time, as the Delhi government had asked for 60 flats under its official housing pool in 2012. Getting no reaction from the government, DDA chose to sell the flats. DDA send couple of letters to the recently elected Delhi government about the flats. The government had shown interest initially for purchasing 60 of them. But now, DDA will need to survey the situation.
@ Mr Raj,
According to news, out of the 711 flats with Delhi Development Authority, 378 flats were taken by the central government for its official housing pool, 74 flats were discarded in month June of 2012 and 45 flats were changed over into employee quarters for DDA employees. Another 62 flats are under controversy because of dispute between the private developer & DDA.
Hey Guys, As per my knowledge, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is for the first time ever directing an e auction for CWG Village flats. In year 2009, the basic flats cost the DDA around Rs 11,000/sq-ft and it sold the first part for Rs 22,000/sq-ft in year 2012. Hoping for a better response from people, DDA has launched this e-auction and extended registration last date.
As indicated by senior DDA official, DDA had promoted these flats in May and June 22 was the last date to enlist for bidding procedure. But the authority needed to extend the last date because of the poor reaction. Every flats being auctioned are 3BHK units and DDA had would have liked to yearn over Rs 1,000 crore through their deal. DDA will audit the circumstance after the auction.
Hey Raj roy, As per news, high cost of Rs 7 crore looks to be holding back the demand of Delhi Development Authority's 152 premium flats in Commonwealth Games Village. As per sources ,DDA may need to bring down the cost as it has gotten sincere cash for under 15% of the flats that will be sold on July 13 & 14. But,it will resolve after the 1st round of auctioning.
@ Raj, According to the DDA , they were seeking after a decent reaction yet the unfortunately real estate market is down. The bad response could likewise because of the high unit cost. In my perspective, both time & cost are might be the key reason behind this issue. Timing is bad as well as unit cost is high .
