Raunak City(Phase 3)

Q: Dear Friends, I have booked an apartment in Raunak City Phase 3, Wanted to know if d project has a green signal from the Municipal authorities? Though the name is reputed in the market with a proven track record.

My other queries, requesting all to revert.
1. Are there any issues related electricity n water shortage in that locality?
2. They have promised the possession by December 2015, will they actually deliver?
3. Can all the owners of Phase 3 make a whats app group and stay connected?

Hi Vatsank,
Raunak City-3 by Raunak Group is very good project near Don Bosco School, Kalyan West, Kalyan. But i heard that it has got delayed and they are hand over the flats in June 2016. Since last 1 year builder has not send any demand letter. All permissions & approvals are already obtained from KDMC.

As far as project locality is concerned, Kalyan attracts many people because of its cosmopolitan nature and relatively cost-effective housing. After Thane, the Kalyan-Dombivli region is becoming the next preferred destination for home buyers who work in Mumbai but prefer to live in the suburbs. Kalyan has always been known as an important railway junction, and more is being done to improve its connectivity with other places.

Have they got the IOD and CC for Raunak City Phase-3? What is the current status of this phase-3? Have they hand over the possession of Ph-2? Kindly reply.
