Roght Puneet,
Only 19 notices have been issued for 225 buildings. In the N Ward in Ghatkopar, 3 notices have been issued. 2 each were issued in K West Ward in Andheri.

Yes, this instruction is only for those area where there is a doubt of water logging. The advisory directs developers not to let water stagnate at construction sites and to prevent breeding of mosquitoes. They also advised that their personnel would keep tabs on under-construction sites.

I think its a good idea for stopping monsoon related diseases. If they are not obeying the rule the stop-work notice would continue to stay.

It is because, the floating water in the construction site in several parts of Mumbai may invite breeding of mosquitoes. To stop the monsoon-related diseases 32 notices have been issued to builders.

There is nothins bad in it. In this way they will survive the people close to the construction site. Currently, 2741 buildings are being constructed in Mumbai. Near about 225 buildings are being constructed in the P North ward covering Maland and Malwani.
