Hi Rajiv, In my conservation with the builder person he said that project is approved under town planning and for water connection he has taken Nagar Palika approval who also served for MIDC. Project also approved for gas pipe connection.

We are providing Gas connection ,also we have two bore wells at project ..so water is not an issue . Project was launched on 3rd October ,dashera

What is the rate per sqft going on? What is the status of the approvals and when is the project expected to get completed?

Hello Rajiv, the rate per sq.ft is 3100,negotiable. As of now casting of second slab is ongoing. Project is of parking plus eight floor.

Hi Rajiv, Recently I have contacted with the builder and he quoted price Rs 3100 per sq ft and project is approved under town planning. the project come under Nagar Palika and right now 1 and 2 bhk unit is available. Salesperson said that 70 % of project is almost sold out.
