As per sources, while hearing about this matter, a bench headed by Justice S K Mittal permitted the state, to issue certificates of occupation, subsequent to taking an affidavit from HUDA that legitimate planning for basic amenities has been made. HUDA on Thursday presented that potable water for sectors 68 to 80 would be supplied from the plant at Chandu Budhera location.
The allotment lines will be placed within 2years after the land acquisition procedure is completed. As well as notices for this land acquisition had been issued in July and again in December 2014. The affidavit expressed that equivalent water supply lines had been allocated on 10th of May as well as water was being provided through this pipeline from the sector 51 at the boosting station to some of other sectors.
