Q: Is there any online service from where I can get copy of approved HUDA layout?
Latest Answer: These links are plain bullshit by hmda. They dont update site deliberately to allow the fraudsellers to sell plots using fake lp numbers stating that hmda site is never up to date. They get their cut in the process. Its nice to be rewarded for not doing the work you are paid for.

In spite of the fact that significant structures were leveled, permissions were looked for by authority for cleaning of trees just recently. Q: Recently I heard from news that occupation certificate was granted by High Court to Gurgaon builders.
Latest Answer: Hi Mr Surinder, The High court had restricted the Haryana government from providing the occupation certificates to the builders in these sectors till they guaranteed basic amenities in houses, such as drinking water. The court had forced the ban as the developers as well as the Haryana Urban Development Authority had neglected to make plans for providing adequate water in these sectors.
