Hey Abhishek and Vinu, I heard about this home in 2011. Futuristic homes means high technology or natural eco home with compact in size and takes lesser space. It looks like a house coming from an alien far away planet but it is possible given the budget. Some of the features of futuristic homes include use of renewable energy sources like solar panels, wind power, heat pumps and rooftop swamp coolers.
You're absolutely right! These futuristic homes posses the ability to meet India's shortage as well. Given the population and rising real estate prices, buying a house is getting expensive. The idea to start this in the rural areas, provides us the ability to develop the standardized homes, which means low cost, renewable energy, which makes them sustainable and net-metering, which means they homes could generate excess power which could be sold back to the grid and they'd make earnings.
I think Rahejas plan to incorporate such apartments in their project Ayana in Gurgaon. Arabtec, the company that built the iconic Burj Khalifa is the construction partner for this project. They have tested the system and it works very well. One has to experience it to understand it better. In these smart apartments, you can even get all your queries answered.
Thanks Nicola, I have filled up the required filled and submitted now i looking for some more information on it as how it is beneficial for the development of the nation. Will this initiative help the Indian Economy? How???
Hi Abhishek, Forget about the gap between rich and poor. If it happens then it will provide shelters to million of homeless families around country and offer them a solution that will reduce their financial burden.
