Q: It has been almost 6 years for this project which was supposed to be finished in 18 months. Logix have taken its customers for ride and have cheated them big time. Phase I which is getting delivered is not delivered in a livable condition. On top of that increased area and high penalty is being charged from helpless customers. I have invested in this project in 2010 but still no light at the end of tunnel.

Folks, logix is fleecing money big time from buyers.
1. Plz. Claim ur delay penalty. In case u haven't they will not give you.
2. They are charging interest on back dated demand notices. They have the practise of sending back dated demand notices and charging for even more no. Of days than their own back date. They have very conviniently used a courier service which does not stamp the date on envelopes while sending.
3. They have been fleecing money for increasing super area which is a total fraud. They don't respond to any query regarding proof of increasing the area. With each upcoming tower they are charging more and more in lacs for nothing. They have not shared their Floor area ratio or anything which determines the increase in super area even after 6 months of buyers asking them. They just don't respond to such things.
4. They are paying delay penalty starting from the time it was asked for via mail by the buyer till 4-5 months prior to work completion.
Hello All, we should all unite together and maintain pressure on the builder otherwise already delayed project will further keep delaying. Its high time now, we should reach out to the buyers as many as and bring them to this group. Enough is enough.

Hello All,
I booked in this for all the qualities you people are mentioning here. But somehow the way this project has been stretched beyond the 18 months timeline I have somehow developed mistrust with the builder. There was always misinformation and miscommunication which we recieved from the builder time and again. I dont have any personal grudge against them, its just that patience limit for me is over now after almost 6 years into this project.

Sector 137 is a fast developing sector in Noida, strategically located in Noida Greater Noida Expressway. Located just opposite to Sector 136. Proposed metro is coming in this sector, close to this County project. Many well known builders have constructed their project in this sector, such as Ajnara builder , Purvanchala builder , Supertech ltd etc.
Hello Sir, The way they have handled their first residential project doesn't speak well for them. I booked in this project at a premium price over other builders just because they were supposed to deliver in 18 months. Now when I look back I regret my decision as without information my tower is moved to Phase II quite conveniently by Logix. Somehow there is a trust deficit the way this builder have managed this project.

This project is located in a decent residential location having all daily basic need nearby This project offers 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK apartment, area ranging from 900 sq-ft to 2375 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 5100/sq-ft . Expected possession of this project is around January 2016.
This project has spread over 25acres of land, offering a pollution free green environment for residents with a beautiful park located in the center of the project. This is a GREEN certified project having rain water harvesting, solar lighting as well as energy efficient systems. This project has a 1lac sq-ft club house.
As of now builder started possession of some towers . Some towers are still under construction. Paint work is going on. So may be possession will be soon. Residential project is dropping now a days. So I believe it is a good time to buy property. When this project was launched i.e year 2010, BSP was around 2500/sq-ft. Now all inclusive it is around 5000/sq-ft .
