These are all false information, I invested money since 2015 for this project. They are badly facing problem with cash flow. many cases filed against builder in different court.

Its not buyers problem. Builder should think about it before buying land. Now he can not give you such excuse. Builder must knew about all those issues. Better, pressurise builder for the possession of your flat. Inform your state RERA regarding this issue. They will take the necessary steps against your issues. Or file a legal suit in consumer forum against the builder for deficiency in service.

What is the current status of this project and when are they giving possession of Logix Blossom County, Sector-137, Noida? It was my first home buying and i get stuck with my money. Better if i am buy a plot and constructed a house on it.
