Pollution in Bachupally-Miyapur road

Q: Hi , I'm planning to buy a plot in Anurag colony which is on bachupally miyapur road and near by coca cola factory.

Is it safe to buy there because I'm concerned about the water and air pollution people are talking about there. But there are many villas and rows houses being constructed there ranging from 50L-2cr. On the side of the raod of this colony there are a number of apartments people are living.

Please suggest me on this.

I too have same question?
I Searched a property near volvo service center..
Residents are saying ample of water peacefull area.
its also in my budget.But so many friends are saying its near to industry and its polluted.
I am in little bit of dilema what to do..

Kothaguda and Moti Nagar are localities close to IT hub which have all amenities in close proximity.Right now the property cost is low but in comming year this area become center of the locality for residential project. A majority of the residents in Moti Nagar are bank officials whereas Kothaguda is famous for a number of prominent schools. So, this area serve complete family living destination.

If area is close to the industrial area then better you should check for the colour of underground water. enquire the local residents about the underground water pollution too. What I know is the surrounding areas of IDA bollaram are highly polluted and water is not fit for human use.

If it water pollution, we can install water filter in tank, all the owners in this colony is doing the same.
I am not sure about Air pollution, but when I asked of few of owners staying there, all are saying no issues.
