Payment Plan; Booking Advance: 5%
Within 30 days from the date of booking: 15%
Against first slab of the building: 20%
Against concerned flat/floor slab: 20%
Against concerned flat brick work: 25%
Against concerned flat flooring & painting: 10%
At the time of possession: 5%

I am also looking for a feedback about the locality ( Bachupally). What are the pros and cons?

Bachupally is a storehouse of a plethora of facilities. It brags of a spirited commercial and residential infrastructure, along with well-maintained and robust social infrastructure. In addition to offering a panoramic and tranquil environment, Bachupally hosts a variety of commercial establishments such as eateries, mobile shops, bakeries and sweet shops, ration stores, grocery shops and various other small-to-mid scaled establishments that make the locality a desirable market to invest in.

CONS: Water shortage is a major challenge that plagues Bachupally and the surrounding regions. Scarcity of water is felt the most during summers, and residents have to rely on expensive tankers to meet their daily water needs. Traffic congestion is another problem that causes inconvenience to the residents. Connecting roads like Nizampet Road and Mumbai Highway are often plagued by excessive traffic jams, especially during peak hours, making commuting to IT corridors like Hitech City, Gachibowli and Madhapur a painful affair.

Praneeth Pranav Zenith is an apartment project which is spread over 3.28 acres of land. The project offers a total of 295 units with a combination of 1,2 and 3 bhk units. The price of the apartment ranges from Rs 22.12 lakhs to Rs 33.69 lakhs approx.

The price quoted is quite affordable.. When is the project expected to get completed? Are the approvals in place?

The project is expected to get completed by mid of 2017. HMDA and banks like HDFC, Axis, LIC Housing Finance, State Bank of India & ICICI has approved the project.
