Hello All,

Here is the latest update; when I call the tulip official on cell no 9999101489 given on their site http://tuliplemon.com/contact.html. Tulip officer replied me that they are still waiting for government approval. It could take 1 or 2 more month in final draw.

I am not sure how much time they will take.

Last time I heard that It has been delayed. It was scheduled to 1st week of September.

Hi Surendra,
As per sources, the draw date is around July End. It is getting late because some clearances are still on process. For example like environmental clearance & ground water level. Booking has been close. Approx 5000 applicants have applied for around 500 apartment. Those who will be lucky, will get this HUDA approved apartment, financing by any private & govt. bank .
