Q: I have some doubts about the projects, it was named green meadows earlier and now Accurate wind chimes. Do the builder have all the clearance, how is the builder as this is his first project

Atleast they will deliver. These days we should go for builders who atleast deliver... considering the fact so many builders are having tough time finishing the project
Pacifica is a 3.5 billion dollar entity. They have all the clearances, infact they have been constructing hotels across the US, and in India- Marriot. Pacifica Aurum on Chennai has been rated as one of the best projects in Chennai. Prestige is just across the road and is asking 4750. Infact I have heard that a lot of people have moved from Prestige to Pacifica. HYD market investing 5k with 2020 delivery date is a little too much. I may be wrong. I preferred to go with Pacifica, Prestige I have heard is truggling to sell even

They are almost finishing excavation. They have all the clearances with a lot of aprtments sold already...Handover Q1 2018. BTW, they have 40 acre land and they have just started with 6 acre development. They cant afford delays because they will want to sells aperments on remaining 34 acres as well. And, the best part is that they are super cash rich..not depending on other projects sales to construct. Vikram

Sales representative quoted Rs 3550 per sq ft and he said he will provide the best possible while booking this project.
@ Prashant, I think the Pre EMI option is good for under construct project. It will give certain pressure towards builder and bank to complete the project on time.
