Latest Answer: Since I’m a real estate aficionado, I had recently received a brochure from NCC Urban One. Their prices, given the locality and the amenities that they’re providing, are quite reasonable I think. But, the project work hasn’t really taken off at the right speed from what I’ve been hearing. Maybe they intend to pick up the pace in the coming future. Coming to the prices, you’d have to pay around Rs. 3,400 per square feet. It is kind of steep for the locality, but then again, you’re getting that many facilities. At the moment, a 3 BHK in NCC Urban One would cost you upwards of Rs. 50 lakhs.
