Q: I and my family want to buy good quality apt in Bangalore . After some searching on internet we found the nitesh estates property called Columbus square in the Bangalore area...Right now Construction is going on. Location is quite good. we most propably will book one 3bhk apartment here.

Yes, Nitesh Columbus Square is a nice project and the locality seems to be good and it is going to fetch you good returns.

Bellary Road, North Bangalore is most sought after locality in Bangalore City. The area is close to all basic amenities like international schools, market, banks, hospitals and is just 13 km from MG Road the Centre of Bangalore.

The project has got all the necessary approvals from BBMP, BESCOM, BWSSB, KSPCB. Banks like HDFC, Axis, SBI, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank has approved the project.
