Hi Guys, I am a first time investor. I am very much concern about pricing of this sector 119. May i know price trend of this Sector ? I came to know that there is no proper improvement in this price trend !!!!! Kindly provide me some info.
Hi Saran, As per my knowledge, Sector 119 is a very premium residential sector with decent residential environment. In year 2010 Oct-Dec, the average residential price was around 2550/sq-ft. After many ups & downs this price is now touched around 6000/sq-ft in January 2015. This average residential price is showing improvement. Investors & developers are interested in this sector & this sector is becoming a good deal for end users too.
As per my knowledge , it is well connected by over FNG Expressway and good connectivity to Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon. It is just 6 km away from currently operated Metro Station , driving distance of 10-15 minutes and the commercial hub of Noida, Sector-18, is just a short drive away and Fortis Hospital at sector 62, one of NCR's premium hospitals is just 5 minutes away.
