Q: I want to have feedback on NEHA RESIDENCY developed by Mathrushree Properties on Chunchakuppa Rd (Near Big Banyan Tree, Mysore Rd). Is the developer genuine/reliable? What is the rate/sqft? They said 100% sites are released.

I have bought plot here..docs are clear and genuine developer.

Challenge is reselling of plot.very slow appreciation.

They are quoting 1199/sqft. Is this the rate going on in and around the vicinity of this area?

I have not bought any plot as of now but I am thinking of investing in Mysore road. I feel Mysore Road will fetch me good returns.

The developer has completed only one project as of now so it is not possible to comment on the genuineness of the builder. I would suggest you that before buying a property check all the documents provided by the builder and if possible visit their completed project CRS Papanahalli Phase1

Hey Vamshi, As per my knowledge, the project has got all the necessary approval from banks and local body. They are also going to give you E Khata for the property.
