Not sure if my plot is T&C approved

Q: I have purchased a plot in Silver Corridor. The project name is Silver Corridor Garden City by builder Jiyo realties. Its been more than 3 Years and the builder is saying the loan will start soon and we will start registration process but it is getting stretched. Can you tell me from where I can know whether the land is T&C approved and whether registry can be done.

Hi Vivek,
I think you can get information from local authorities or Indore development authorities offices but in the meanwhile you can consult with a reputed lawyer to know about the legal aspects of the order and what is mentioned in your property agreement.
