You can also check Hardik Tower, which is one of the popular residential developments in Sector-53, having 2BHK units, area ranging from 875 sq-ft to 1015 sq-ft, budget in around 25-27Lac.

In my opinion, Sector 78 location is very suitable for investment. Proposed metro station is in walk-able distance. This sector is well connected with expressway & DND .
