How is the locality for residential purpose and what is the average selling price going on in this locality? What all schools are available near by?

The locality is good for residential purpose and good schools near by are Zion, Holy Convent & Ravindran Global School. The average selling price of an apartment going on in this locality is Rs 4160 per sqft.

Water logging is common in some parts of this area, but most of the apartments use rain water harvesting and other such options to control it. It shouldn't be a major problem in Namangalam as such I think.
