Q:It is clear that this builder is dragging the project since 2008 as Iam living near to that site and was interested initially (now also). The builder makes all false commitments and is a fraud. The people who bought flats there feel that they are trapped. They paid 1L each for club house and now they are worried on what worthy items they will be provided.
I really wonder, why the buyers haven't approached the consumer court yet?
Latest Answer: Genuine buyers for Phase II - beware ! Tomorrow your courtyard will be in the same condition.
Fraud builder. His arrogance itself is a proof when you dig into details. You pay sparing your sweat and blood and he just feels that he is giving things out FREE.
Q:Heard that this builder is not keen in finishing this project and providing aminities to the Phase I residents.. Is it true ?? Was interested in the project, but seeing the slow progress for years, we are confused..Any comments appreciated.
Latest Answer: oh god, i went to the site yesterday and i actually liked the project, especially the lesser number of apartment, enough space between the blocks. But after reading all your comments, i really feel bad and decided not to buy the flat. If all is true, Saravanan will definitely would go to hell and his entire family would suffer from his sin. God will give enough punishment to him
