Prabhavathi Builders Bangalore

Q: I am planning to purchase a flat in Prabhavathi Royal Gardenia, Please suggest. Not sure if the price is reasonable and about the construction quality and RCC.

Please suggest your reviews and feedback. I have seen the construction and seems OK. This project is located Near Amrita University college, off Sarjapur Rd.

Please suggest your reviews and experience with this builder.

What is price going on in Prabhavathi Royal Gardenia? How many apartments are coming up and what is the structure?

The price of the apartment starts from Rs 35 lakhs on wards. There will be 280 apartments and it will have G+4 structures.

Prabhavathi Royal Orchid is an ongoing project and has got all the necessary. I have shortlisted Prabhavathi Rishab. I would suggest you to check all the necessary approval for the project and the reputation of the seems to be good.

Hi All, I am planning to shift to Bangalore and I want to know when is Prabhavathi Royal Gardenia getting completed and which all banks and local body has approved the project?

The project is under construction and the expected possession is by March 2017. Bangalore Development Authority and all the leading banks have approved the project.
