The apartments are priced starting from 23 lakhs onwards. They are already pretty competitively priced I think. They have 2 and 3 bhk. Regarding payment schedule, I think you should enquire in person. It is customizable to an extent I think.

Hello jay, Recently I have contacted with the builder for same project the said that he will give some discount in the base price once he will in the finalisation stage. I think you should visit site and take full information from the builder also make the healthy relationship to get discount he will definitely give considered your words.
