Feedback on Sairang Developer

Q: Hi,
I am planning to buy farmhouse plot from sairang. Please let us know your past experience with Sairang and your advice. We have heard some badthings like they are fraud so little confused.

Sairang is one of the leading builders in Pune. Sairung Group, one of Indias largest multi-national groups with key businesses in Real Estate and Infrastructure.It is well planed layout and will surely appreciate very well.

It's really not worth!!!
Project Suirang city is behind the mountain, one single approach road. Most of the plots are sold by this builder is in and around Hinjewadi but all are still agricultural, no development. I would like to suggest don't go for it. Also purchase agriculture land there are various legal issues including being farmer and min 10ksft required to convert N/A etc..
